Hi, friends, we hope you enjoy today’s founding member Voice Memos, which are meant as companions to the Wednesday, November 15 Writing Lab post (which is being sent simultaneously with this post).

In the first Voice Memo, Billie and I explore the elasticity of the concept of confession—which need not always be an apology or even a reference of remorse!—and the connection between confession and wholeness. We consider some of our own potential confessions—the ones we’d be willing to share, and the ones we would not (yet). And also, Frannie shakes her collar.

In the second Memo, Billie (who has RYT 200-hour certification) leads a guided meditation as an offering for you to cast a warm glow around your excavations in the writing exercise for this week, and/or that you might simply be in that glow.

Thank you again, and we hope you share some words with us if you write to the prompt!
