I am reaching for a dream, not a resolution

I invite you to join me

The time when Billie discovered, on a solo hike during a life transition, a place in the world they had earlier drawn from a dream. Because, yes, life is like that.

A resolution is a firm decision to do or not do something. And resolutions are useful for black and white situations where utter clarity—YES/NO—is required.

But for the most part, resolutions have never worked super well for me at the turn of the year. Instead, this is a time when I like to dream toward the life I want, the life I believe I am meant to live, the creative abundance I seek to generate, sustain, and share during this particular human journey in which I find myself.

That’s why it feels so perfect to be here on Isla Mujeres for New Year’s this year, and why it felt so sacred to go with
