Hi, friends. I’ve had a marathon weekend of grandchildren, northern lights (!!), a complicated and simple Mother’s Day story from Z, whose adoption date will be set in the next couple of weeks (his little voice—I could listen a million times, The End!), and a gardening fiasco I’m too tired to even talk about, haha.

Wednesday, we’ll ease into Week Seven of our Visceral Self challenge for embodied writing with the throat chakra—this is huge for us as writers (and also as humans). As if the heart chakra writings didn’t already crack us open.

As if it doesn’t all crack us open.
