Our Story Challenge Live Salon on Zoom for founding subscribers ofWriting in the Dark is Saturday, March 2, 11-Noon CT.
What is a Salon? Well, we wrote about that here. But in our case we’ll have micro readings, a literary parlor game, and time for questions.
And Writing in the Dark live salons embrace the theme of “Permissions” and offer a time to celebrate the complex beauty of the artistic process and honor the permissions must we grant ourselves in order to be our most creative selves. (The permissions above are from my mentor, Paul Matthews, author of Sing Me the Creation: A Creative Writing Sourcebook).
We’ll have room for 10-12 readers and these slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The Google form for signing up to read can be accessed with the button below.
